It really took efforts to digest an article and turned it into my words. I carefully managed the articles and practiced for presentation before class because it was my first time to speech. Unfortunately, it was strange that I tied up my tongue while speaking so I presented not so influent. And, disaster came twice taht my videos worked pretty pretty slowly. Because of these causes, I finished the speech just within several minutes. I should have overcome the problems and been confident at that time.
To enroll this course I was really thankful. It improved my English skills and furthermore teached me that I could enhance my English in many fields like speaking and listening by many useful tools such as blog. Although I am about to graduate, I still have time to learn English in graduated school and I would turely like to join teacher Wei's class again!

Self-assessment(2)
After I finished the last article, I felt I was gradually familiar with
writing blogs. I learned a lot of things like uploading the films, changing the sites of the pictures and collecting materials for the blogs. It is still something I should practice because I really took too much time to finished the articles and
did not so well. I would like to appreciate for my classmate to help me a lot for the blogs!!!

Coffee Brewing

There are several common methods for coffee brewing :
1.Vacuum Brewing
Two globes fit together. Either in one of the globes, or between the globes, is a filter to separate the grounds from the liquor. Ground coffee is placed in the upper globe, often on top of the filter, and enough water to brew the grounds is placed in the lower globe. The globes are then fitted together and the lower globe with the water is heated. The water in the lower globe begins to heat to a boil and as this causes the pressure in the lower globe to increase it forces the water up into the upper globe containing the grounds. Once all the water has made this air pressure induced and then take off the heat source. This allows the lower globe to cool down back to room temperature, decreasing the pressure in the lower globe and thus sucking the brewed coffee back down (through the filter) into the lower globe. The coffee is then poured out of the lower container and enjoyed.1.Vacuum Brewing

Enjoy the Coffee!!!

"Latte art "
refers to designs created on the tops of espresso based drinks by a barista.
"barista" refers to one who has acquired some level of professional skills in the preparation of espresso-based coffee drinks. Within certain circles, its meaning is expanding to include what might be called a "coffee sommelier"; a professional who is highly skilled in coffee preparation, with a comprehensive understanding of coffee, coffee blends, espresso, quality, coffee varieties, roast degree, espresso equipment, maintenance, latte art, etc.
Procedure:
1.Pour enough milk(70℃) for one cup into the pitcher. Whip the hot milk to create milk foam. The milk foam should not have too much big bubbles so remove a little top of it.
2.Start pouring the milk into the espresso. To create a flower pattern, pour the milk from center of the expresso into the bottom part of the cup. Once the cup is about half filled, shake the pitcher back and forth and then slowly create the flower design by your hand.

3.Decorate other special designs can also use stencils, powder, chocolate and sticks.

Self-assessment(1)
I think it really hard to write down English from my thinking to the blog. Especially, I can’t figure out how to add pictures on it or let a sentence to another paragraph. So, it really spend a lot of my time to translate the Chinese to the English and well organize my blog. How I admire my classmate who can make perfect on their blogs. That really an assay I should break through.
