The Introduction

1.The origin of Coffee(fairy tale):
Kaldi v.s. goats

Long time ago,in the 6th century there was a sheepman called Kaldi.
One day he found his sheeps were very excited,jumped like dancing and
he found out that was because the sheeps ate a kind of red fruits from
a short tree. He told the monks in the abbey and they tried to drink
the juice from these fruits which was boiled and extracted. All the monks
felt full of power when they drank it and these kinds of fruit is called
"coffee bean" now.


2.Different kinds of coffee beans:
Products in the world plant location habitat
Arabica: 70%, high sea level 500~1000m, Middle& South America
Robusta: 20%, lower than 500m, Africa Philippines and etc
Liberica: few European, lower than 200m, India Philippines Liberia and etc




*Arabia is the best of them.

3.Different kinds of coffee:
single estate(by hebitat)


<1>MANDELING:
a.habitat: Sumatra/Asia
b.characteristic: strongly bitter and aroma,adequately sour.
<2>MOCHA:
a.habitat: Yemen /Africa
b.characteristic: have gentle tastes and sour like yogurt.
<3>BLUE MOUNTAIN:
a.habitat: Jamaica/Middle America
b.characteristic: is considered as the best coffee in the world.
<4>SANTOS:
a.habitat: Brazil/South America
b.characteristic: usually used for combined coffee.

Flavor coffee

*Cappuccino: Espresso + milk + Foamed Milk and Cinnamon Powder
*Latte: Espresso + milk
*Caramel Macchiatto: Espresso + milk + Caramel + vanilla
*Caffe Mocha: Espresso + milk + cocoa + butter
